Dorothy Daugherty Garing, daughter of Charles S. Garing. Charles Garing was the oldest streetcar operator at age 65 to retire in 1946. He operated cars to Silver Hills. Dorothy is sitting next to Chester Hublar. Both are preparing to ride up the hill to the Marker dedication ceremony.
